As much as it may be hard to imagine life in the business world without the advent of computer technology and more significantly “Google” the fact remains that not too long ago the Internet was relatively unheard of as a business tool. This means that for the professional marketer or salesperson your potential customer has access to massively more information on your company and its products BEFORE you even get to meet them. For that matter - than ever before in the history of sales and marketing!
