Top ten tips for success in 2010 from an Enigin employee
As 2009 comes to a close here at Enigin, 2010 makes an appearance on the horizon! Leaping into view like a breath of fresh air. Or, for some people, as a further reminder that they have achieved nothing during 2009 and wasted yet another year of the one commodity that they can little afford to lose…..time!
Well, for those people with a plan of action who know only too well what it is that they will be fighting for during 2010…well done, keep doing what it is that you do. For the rest of us trying to succeed in a harsh world, I thought the following top ten tips would help…..at least a little!! I have always had some form of plan, even if it wasn’t that successful. Long before I was employed at Enigin I recognised the value of planning for success and I appreciate that it is not easy.
But, as I say all the time here at Enigin PLC, “Actions speak a lot louder than words”.
- Foucs on your tasks. Put all your energy into what you do.
- Believe in yourself. If you don’t, who will.
- Be tenacious.
- Trust your instincts.
- Maintain your momentum and keep moving forward.
- Paint a mental picture of yourself succeeding.
- Be passionate about what you do.
- Live on the edge. Do not become complacent.
- Be in charge of you.
- Never ever give up.
Above all else, do not procrastinate!!!
