Playing my part in the Enigin story
Only until a short while ago, the way we used energy in our homes, buildings and businesses wasn’t a huge issue, we just used it like it was going out of fashion. The resources that we were (and still are) rapidly depleting, Gas, oil and electricity were all relatively cheap. The World had plenty energy resources and reserves. Not much to worry about, everyone slept well in their respective beds. Oh! there were some concerns about atmospheric pollution…………with problems such as Acid Rain, but these were thought to be little more than a passing intrusion that was best resolved by forgetting about it!
In the last few years this picture has changed dramatically. I doesn’t matter where you are geographically, the World now faces the ‘triple threat’ of Climate Change, Low Energy Security, and High Energy Costs. All of these are powerful reasons for us all to cut the amount of energy we waste, and generate the remainder in different ways.
Ian wrigley (managing Director of Enigin) has been at the forefront of businesses trying to counteract the onset of this situation for over thirty years. He along with his fellow Directors at Enigin are rapidly establishing themselves as authorities within the ‘Energy Saving Industry’ imparting there distinguished experience and collective history to other like minded Entrepreneurs who actively want to get involved with one of the fastest growing industries today. I for one am growing more excited each day by the developments, progress and roads Enigin is making toward , more sustainable future for the World that we live in.
I have only been at Enigin for 9 months but already I have one MAJOR regret!!
